Broccoli
Broccoli is high in vitamin C and soluble fiber and contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties including diindolylmethane and selenium. The 3,3'-Diindolylmethane found in broccoli is a potent modulator of the innate immune response system with anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer activity.[6] [7] Broccoli also contains the compound glucoraphanin, which can be processed into an anticancer compound sulforaphane. Broccoli is also high in vitamin K.
Cauliflower
Cauliflower is low in fat, high in dietary fiber, folate, water and vitamin C, possessing a very high nutritional density,phytochemicals which are beneficial to human health, including sulforaphane, an anti-cancer compound, indole-3-carbinol work as an anti-estrogen, appears to slow or prevent the growth of tumors of the breast and prostate, glucosinolates may improve the liver's ability to detoxify carcinogenic substances.

Cabbage
